TLC Scanner Imaging analysis system is the second generation instrument for Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) quantification. The easy acquisition and storage of image enhances the advantage of TLC method for showing the sample compounds with visible spots. With the help of PC software, the colorful spot give more information of concentration. BioDit take advantage of the linear scanning technology, provide more uniform lighting and acquire more accurate image than point-shot camera. Light Source: 254nm and 365nm Ultra Violet lights are integrated in the system.
Image Edit: Abundant image edit function make analysis more easy and accurate.
Image Analysis: Sample channel and compound spot are identified automatically and can be optimized. The data are listed in table and curves show.
Analysis Report: The image, data and curves can be saved in html,jpeg or frp file. The report can be print with preview.
